This technically isn't a post, but this is an extension of my last post. I needed to work on keeping my legs together off the top of pole. The attached video is low quality again, but you can get an idea. Video is of me from 3 lefts (42.5 feet) on a 13'6" 17.6 PACER Carbon pole. Running in flats, not spikes (I usually vault in spikes). Also the jumps are not in any particular order, but you can see I am about 50/50 on keeping my legs together.
