This was my fist day in 2010 from 4 lefts. Overall, I am happy that my speed work hasn't completely changed my vault. I'm am hesitating a bit and still ending up pretty deep. I need to improve my swing and takeoff. I also need to up the grip from 4 to 14'. After several months of running and lifting I am still on track with my normal stats from 4 Lefts.
