Another Free Drill.
Place the Mini Hurdles 4-6 feet apart and focus on running with proficient mechanics and quick turnonver.
Key to mastering this drill: head up, knees up, toes up.
Remember this is a speed drill with a pole. Your goal is to increase stride FREQUENCY, while shortening stride LENGTH.
