What's Next:
Indoor is over and Outdoor is around the corner. We missed the Indoor goal of jumping 5.55m due to several reasons. The goal for outdoor is still to qualify for the Trials and jump 19'. There are about 120 days left and there is a some serious work left to do. Strength. Speed. Technique. Sacrifice. Stay Tuned.

so.... you said something about SACRIFICE? what did you mean by that?
Giving up some of the things I like to do/eat and giving up some comforts so I become more disciplined.
