jumpchrisjump.com: 7/8 Workout
Finally got some more footage together. Clusters are medium-weight lifts, with low reps and high explosiveness. I usually work these in when I am competing, they give your muscles the edge to compete without completing diminishing and rebuilding them. Also, I've recently tried to mix more plyos in. This was I end up doing less static lifting and more dynamic posturing. Remember when you are in season your goal is to compete, therefore everything you do should support competition fitness. Looking forward to jumping either at the Beach in a week or elsewhere before I leave for Puerto Rico.
