jumpchrisjump.com: hurdles 3/25



I am not a hurdler. However, I am an athlete. I have started working with hurdles and other events to help increase my awareness and athletic skill overall. In the beginning of the drill I was having some issues with my steps to the first hurdle. After I adjusted my steps, I had some success over hurdles in this drill. I might add a new event to my meet schedule .
